Our classes are held in small session groups, 15 times a day Monday through Friday & 4 classes on Saturday too. Pick the time that works so you keep your progress moving forward. It’s our way of making routine and consistency work, even if your schedule is less than cooperative.

Yes! Absolutely. You can choose to join Strength training sessions, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT or any of the other classes that we have for 7 days. Given Sunday is off, you can join as many classes as you want for 6 days during this period
Yes! Absolutely. As part of the program, your first step will be a video consultation with our Senior coach with whom you can share your goals and medical challenges. Coach will provide you a tailored plan for a successful week ahead.
Yes! Absolutely. We designed this program to accommodate schedules of busy women. So our first class starts at 5am and our last one ends at 9pm. Choose one or more classes as you wish
No, it doesn't. If you're joining a full membership with us, then you will get support from our nutritionist. But for 7-day trial, instead of worrying about what to eat and not to eat we have found it's best when women just out a class and see how much better they feel from it!
It depends on how long you're down for it. Our 1-month membership is Rs 4949, while our 12-month plan is Rs 2083/month, 6-month is Rs 2983/m & 3-month is Rs 4299/m. Every plan includes unlimited live & interactive workouts everyday! And all formats for your overall fitness.
Of course You'll have:
(1) Unlimited access to all our classes within this 7-day period (Sundays off)
(2) Access Mobile App where you can view the daily class schedule and track your measurement/sleep quality nutrition
(3) An assessment call with one of our certified women specialists to discuss your challenges & fitness goals
